If on receiving your order you have found it to be damaged, faulty or of poor quality we will replace the item, depending on the circumstance, within 10 working days. We do not offer refunds.
Please notify us via email to email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving the product and we will gladly collect it at our expense (Please do not send your purchase back to us) and process your return, provided it is in the condition in which you received it and has been repacked in its original packaging. When notifying us via email please include digital photographs as attachments of the issue in question for assessment by us.
Please note that, although we review all artwork before printing and do our best to alert customers of any issues, if the fault is related to the quality of the original artwork supplied by you, the customer, rather than a manufacturing or shipping issue, we reserve the right not to replace the item. All artwork supplied to us is required to meet our artwork requirements stipulated here.
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
